Traditional gels rely on synthetic maltodextrin (a highly processed corn starch derivative that spikes blood sugar and frequently triggers GI distress) and artificial flavoring. HNY+ uses wild raw honey with a natural 1:1 fructose-to-glucose ratio that passes through multiple intestinal transporters, providing longer sustained fuel with zero stomach cramps.

Take one packet 15–30 minutes before activity for priming. For endurance events exceeding 60 minutes, take one packet every 30–45 minutes with a sip of water. Many runners use Buzz early in the race for focus, switching to Classic in the final miles.

We accept all major payment methods powered by Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking across 50+ Indian banks, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Yes, absolutely. Our honey is harvested exclusively from wild bio-diverse jungle reserves in the Yucatán peninsula, tested for zero glyphosate, pesticides, or heavy metals. We do not use any refined sugars, corn syrup, or maltodextrin.

Because real honey is a natural preservative, HNY+ has an ambient shelf life of 24 months from the manufacturing date. Store it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration required, even in hot or humid training weather.

Our proprietary gentle blending process prevents crystallization down to freezing temperatures. If packets become slightly firm in freezing winter conditions, simply warm them in your palm or running pocket for 30 seconds before tearing.

As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an email and SMS with your live AWB courier tracking number (via Bluedart, Delhivery, or DTDC). You can also view live tracking updates directly in your Customer Portal.

Synthetic maltodextrin requires high osmolarity in your stomach, drawing water into your intestinal lumen and causing cramping, bloating, and diarrhea during hard efforts. Raw honey has a balanced 1:1 fructose-to-glucose ratio using both SGLT1 and GLUT5 transport pathways for smooth, effortless cellular absorption.
